The BTA Membership voted in the 2021 Annual Meeting to update association’s roads, emergency access, and our common area in the westernmost lot colloquially known as the “Pool Property”. Peter May is working with us to develop plan including reestablishing Monarch habitat, how we utilize our water, a graceful access road to get to the southern side of the association, and planting natives. The success criteria of this endeavor includes a multi layered map documenting what was, is and as we progress, what happens.
