Meeting with Scott Johnson

On 16 Oct 2021 Mary and Paul met Scott Johnson to talk about pool property improvements, road and drainage next steps, and options for removing the columns of the 2 story decks. These are the conversation notes.

  1. The BTA architect was Bob Harris.
  2. Bob Vanwarden the builder of the pool property & holder of the plans hopefully. 7195894224
  3. Both E and W berms are plenty high, no need to do a simulation.
  4. To make a road for the Deluca truck up on berm is pouring some rocks on the sand.
  5. Managing common space such as the circles is a legal issue not a surveying issue.
  6. We need a slotted drain for each entrance so water doesn’t come down from the road.
  7. No problem if we want to replace the large posts for 2 story’s decks with 4×4 metal posts on the corners. We need to do something as the decks themselves are not attached to the townhomes.
  8. Speak with Ron from Fish and Wildlife about the parking lights, road maintenance, the evacuation route for which Scott isn’t sure exists an easement.
  9. Concrete pad on NW corner of Filing 2 is from Smitty’s unfinished shed.
  10. Scott is going to mark the parking lot, road along the 2 stories and pool property. He isn’t sure where the water is. He said the pool walls would be an excellent foundation for a greenhouse.
  11. Darleen confirmed Filing 2 is part of the BTA, passed on to Mary and Paul plans for Filing 2 which were never started.
